Susan J. Gregg, CMPE, RCC, CHBME
Chief Executive Officer
Susan Gregg has an extensive background as a medical practice executive as well as billing and management company business experience. Susan was the senior executive for Oklahoma Radiology Group, PC, the founding client of SMS, prior to establishing SMS in 1991.
Susan is a recognized industry leader and speaks and writes on many topics for national healthcare management associations. She consults with software vendors and medical practices as well as performing billing operations audits. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and is a past president of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA). Susan has earned board certifications from the American College of Medical Practice Executives, the Radiology Coding Certification Board and the Healthcare Billing and Management Association. Susan graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband and enjoys reading, gardening and white water rafting.
Kerry A. Tretheway, CPCS, CHBME
Chief Operations Officer
Kerry has more than ten years experience in health care and is responsible for the internal operations at SMS. Her information technology expertise is valuable in monitoring the staff and the system for billing quality assurance which has increased both the operational efficiencies and effectiveness at SMS. She also oversees the physician credentialing, licensing and privileging process for SMS clients.
Kerry is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) through the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) and a Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive (CHBME) through the Healthcare Billing and Management Association. Kerry is a member of these organizations as well as the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA).
Kerry lives in Edmond with her two daughters and enjoys coaching and playing soccer.
Robert R. Gregg, CHBME
Chief Financial Officer
Rob graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2002 with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree with emphasis in Finance. Rob worked for SMS during college and has managed all technology functions at SMS since his graduation. He has extensive knowledge of both the mainframe and the network functions and all electronic features SMS offers. He managed the implementation of the HIPAA Transaction Code Sets Standard and serves as SMS’ Security Officer.
Rob is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and the HealthCare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).
He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife Jenn. He enjoys fishing and golf.
